It was more than a delight to find out that Donna Karan traveled to Haiti many times this past year and decided to use the inspiration from my beautiful country for her Spring 2012 Collection, which was showcased recently during New York Fashion Week. Her collaboration with the Haitian artist Philippe Dodard was, in my opinion, a great success.
